So what do we wear to a Loulibelle Yoga Class?

Ever been to the gym an noticed the beautiful people in the latest sports gear. Tight lycra leggings and teeny weeny tank tops?

Well at Loulibelle Yoga you won't find anyone dressed like this. My Baby and Mum, and Toddler and Mum classes are about fun, inspiration and relaxation. If you are going to run, jump and rough and tumble with the liveliest toddler do you really want movement restricting clothing or something that is going to make you hotter than you're already going to get? I know I don't.

As you can see from Georgia and Ingrid loose comfortable clothing is best. It's not a fashion competition, it's supposed to be fun.

Even for babies, keep it simple, a body suit is perfect, maybe add loose leggings if it's a chilly day.

My Grandson Cai and his best friend Evie prefer bodysuits with a t-shirt over the top. It allows them to move around freely.

The only essential to your yoga wear is warm socks. Because little ones cool down quickly always have a warm snuggly pair of socks to keep their toes warm during their relax. (Mum will probably want some too). I find when I do my relax I like to put on an extra layer, a sweatshirt or another t-shirt just so I don't feel cold and uncomfortable.

When it comes to fashion leave it for the gym or Friday Night Out, at Loulibelle Yoga fun is the main ingredient and if you're spending time worried that your thong is up your bum that is not going to happen. SO come along, wear your trashed joggers and have some fun :)
