I can in no way shape or form be classed as a Royalist and I awoke this morning with a little feeling of sadness for Kate Middleton that her day was being used by a Government as a ploy to deflect from the state of our Nation, and could not be truly called her own.
My husband and I got married in December, we had a quiet intimate ceremony with our families followed by an all day session in an amazing bar in the city with all our friends and family. It was laid back, we chose the music with friends and created an awesome playlist which played throughout the day, and the whole day reflected us as people, laid back and easy going. Although I am not in the least bit interested in the wedding of the Royals I do feel grateful for the opportunity it affords us today of getting together with friends and family, for drinks, food, chat and general fun and frolics. So I wish the young couple love, luck and happiness. And I wish my friends and family a very happy and fun filled day enjoying each others company. Have a great Weekend All xx |
