I was speaking to
my husband during our Sunday morning lie-in and debating what we wanted
from life, what we had achieved so far and wanted to achieve in the
future and what, if anything was holding us back from achieving the
goals we had. And here was our conclusion. You see, despite
knowing that if I trust the Universe and if I am clear in my intentions
to achieve what I aim for then it will appear, I still have moments
where I question why something isn't happening. For example, my
business Loulibelle Yoga. I love what I do for a living but each time
the business looks as if it's about to grow and expand, I panic, find an
excuse and hide under a rock until the opportunity disappears. Some
would call it self sabotage, others would recognise in me a trait they
themselves have, if all is going well and you notice it's bound to go
pearshaped. Now I know
logically that this isn't the case, when all is going well the items
that are bought in front of us, unpaid bills, an argument with a
loved-one, are merely the Universe saying, these things also need
attention. If you recognise the saying "Why does everything always go
wrong for me", then you recognise what 99.9% of the human race feel, the
important thing is how you face the challenges the Universe puts in
front of us. The unpaid bills
that appear when you are just starting to become financially stable, are
not created by the Universe, they are create by us, we just forgot we
needed to deal with them, or we buried the paperwork under a pile of
post in the hope that they will just disappear. Most things that
happen to us in life can be traced back through a series of choices that
we had, did we choose to use our credit card to buy that extra pair of
sandals for our holiday 3 years ago, and have we only been paying the
minimum payment so now owe 10 times what the sandals, long ago consigned
to the bottom of the wardrobe, cost us initially. So my goal from
today is to create a wishboard, it will cover Business, Home and Family,
but also when I put Financial Security on my wish board, I will know
that inorder to get there I may have to deal with some skeletons I was
hoping to bury in the depths of my wardrobe or under that pile of
unsorted mail. SO firstly I'm going to do the nice bit, creating, then
I'm going to have to get down and dirty and tackle the practical bit. Hello Pro-Active Lou, trusting the Universe to show her how to achieve all that she desires :) |
